Objectively, time doesn't move any differently. I'd imagine if we were told to count up to thirty, one number per second, you would finish long before me, but if we weren't limited like that, it should be around the same time. [Unless someone rushes or goes slowly or whatever, but that's not the point.] It could be used to make figuring out any timelines for murder difficult, though. How long things are taking is--nebulous, without keeping an eye on a clock.
